Panama City
We began and ended our trip in Panama City. Highlights included a tour of the Panama Canal, a rainforest hike right in the city, and staying in the old town.
Boquete
We spent two nights at a Finca Lerida Coffee Plantation in Boquete where we learned about coffee farming and production. We also enjoyed a hike, a ride with locals in a town shuttle van, and lots of hummingbirds outside our room.

A big focus of our trip was bird watching and seeing how many birds we could add to our Life List. We ended up seeing 68 different breeds and added 47 new ones to our Life List. These are some of our favorites.
